The Mum's Pack includes a quality I Got Your Back Pack Tote Bag (suitable for shopping),  shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, tampons, hairbrush, toiletry bag filled with product samples, razor, tissues, a snack, a bottle of water, coffee satchets, herbal teas, ballpoint pen, colouring pens*, an IGYBP journal*, and a magazine*. 
In addition children coming into the shelter receive their own backpacks  Women with young babies also receive a baby's pack.
